Corporate News from 30 July 2020 - New date for AGM: 8 September 2020 Berlin, 30 July 2020: The Supervisory Board of HMS Bergbau AG, one of the leading independent raw materials marketing and trading companies in Germany, is announcing that the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 20 August 2020 has now been postponed to 8 September 2020. The Ordinary Annual General Meeting of HMS Bergbau AG, originally convened for 20 August 2020 by notification in the Federal Gazette dated 13 July 2020, has been cancelled and is, therefore, invalid. The new date for the Ordinary Annual General Meeting is 8 September 2020. The reason for the postponement was a change related to the intended new election of the Supervisory Board.
