ayondo is a registered trademark and is managed by RSQ Technology Ventures GmbH in its role as license management and marketing company.

RSQ is based in Germany. Legal requirements are implemented on the basis of the relevant German and European laws. The business language is German. All business documents relating to ayondo that have been prepared in a language other than the reference language ("German") are translations of the original. Translations represent an additional service and are for information purposes only. In the event of any inconsistencies between the original and a translation, the German version shall prevail.

Should any problems of comprehension arise when reading the documents in another language, please address them to the RSQ data protection officer at privacy@ayondo.com for examination and further explanation.
