The program is now included with a BODi subscription and is also available for customers to purchase on BODi.com and own digital access forever for just $59.95.

WHAT IS 4 WEEKS OF FOCUS

4 Weeks of Focus was designed for anyone looking to get into and stay in great shape with an easy-to-follow program made up of twenty unique workouts over 4 weeks - 5 days a week, 30-45 minutes a day. With Kelsey leading, it feels like working out with Shay under the supervision of a celebrity personal trainer.

For those just starting out, modifications are shown for all fitness levels. Kelsey uses metabolic strength training, a technique that blends resistance work with cardio to keep the pace fast and the rest short. More calories are burned in less time with back-to-back moves performed in supersets, tri-sets, and circuits that help supercharge metabolism and maximize muscle and strength gains. Metabolic strength training also increases post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), the “afterburn” effect that helps keep burning calories and fat even after the workout is over.

Strength training has surged in popularity over the past few years due to emerging health research and as a response to side-effects from weight loss drugs. A study from the Journal of American College of Cardiology found that women who do strength training exercises two to three days a week are more likely to live longer and have a lower risk of death from heart disease. According to a 2023 Mindbody consumer survey, more than 60% of consumers incorporate weight or strength training into their routine, with over half who do so working out 2–4 times per week.
