25 April 2025 – Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, leads the BULEMU consortium that has signed a contract with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Bulgaria, for the delivery of 35 electric Coradia Stream interregional trains including 15 years of maintenance. The total value of the contract amounts to €720 million, of which Alstom’s share is €600 million. The BULEMU consortium is formed by Alstom and the local company RVP Invest, which will provide the maintenance facility.

1^er avril 2025 – Alstom, leader mondial de la mobilité durable et intelligente, a signé une extension de contrat avec l’Autorité Portuaire de New York et du New Jersey (PANYNJ) pour fournir des services d’exploitation et de maintenance pour la navette aéroportuaire AirTrain de l’aéroport international JFK pendant les sept prochaines années. La prolongation du contrat est évaluée à environ 518 millions de dollars et comprend une option pour trois années supplémentaires.
L’AirTrain de l’aéroport JFK joue un rôle capital dans la réduction des embouteillages autour de l’aéroport. Le système relie tous les terminaux de passagers aux parkings de l’aéroport, aux points de passage des navettes hôtelières, au centre de locations de voitures et au réseau de transports publics de New York, par le biais des stations Jamaica et Howard Beach, où les passagers et les employés de l’aéroport peuvent prendre le métro, le train Long Island Railroad ou les bus publics.

1 April 2025 – Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, has signed a contract extension with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) to provide operations and maintenance services for JFK International Airport’s AirTrain for the next seven years. The contract extension is valued at approximately $518 million and includes an option for three additional years.
The JFK AirTrain is a crucial part of reducing traffic congestion around the airport. The system connects all passenger terminals to airport parking lots, the hotel shuttle pick-up area, the rental car center, and NYC’s public transportation network at Jamaica and Howard Beach Stations, where passengers and airport employees can connect with the subway, the Long Island Railroad, and public buses.

11. February 2025 – Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, has signed a long-term framework agreement with Deutsche Bahn for the digitalisation of the rail network in Germany. This framework agreement has a fixed scope of at least 1890 interlocking units and a contract value of over 600 million euros. There will be several calls between 2025 and 2028, with the first call-off in the first quarter of 2025. The implementation period for individual projects carried out by Alstom will end in 2032.

5 February , 2025 – The negotiations between Alstom and KNDS Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG (KNDS) about the Görlitz site have reached an important milestone. On 5 February, 2025, both sides signed a framework agreement on the takeover of the site by KNDS. In the presence of Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Saxony's Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer, the companies announced details about the contents and background of the agreement in Görlitz today.
