Capitol Federal Financial, Inc.® Announces Quarterly Dividend

Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFFN) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share on outstanding CFFN common stock.

The dividend is payable on November 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 1, 2024.

The Company will release financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 on October 23, 2024.

Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. is the holding company for Capitol Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"). The Bank has 47 branch locations in Kansas and Missouri, and is one of the largest residential lenders in the State of Kansas.
