Lenzing – Die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung der Lenzing AG hat am Donnerstag, 10. Oktober 2024, Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci (bis zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung, die über das Geschäftsjahr 2028 beschließt), Carlos Aníbal de Almeida Junior (bis zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung, die über das Geschäftsjahr 2028 beschließt) und Dr. Markus Fürst (bis zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung, die über das Geschäftsjahr 2028 beschließt) neu in den Aufsichtsrat gewählt. Damit setzt sich der Aufsichtsrat der Lenzing AG nach der Wahl in der gegenständlichen außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung wieder aus zehn von der Hauptversammlung gewählten Mitgliedern zusammen: Carlos Aníbal de Almeida Junior, Dr. Cornelius Baur, Mag. Helmut Bernkopf, Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci, Dr. Stefan Fida, Dr. Markus Fürst, Dr. Franz Gasselsberger, Cord Prinzhorn, MBA, Mag. Gerhard Schwartz und Dr. Astrid Skala-Kuhmann. DI Stefan Ertl, Stephan Gruber, Bonita Haag, Helmut Kirchmair und Johann Schernberger wurden vom Betriebsrat in den Aufsichtsrat delegiert. Dr. Christian Bruch war nach der letzten Hauptversammlung als Aufsichtsratsmitglied zurückgetreten. Weiters hatten Nicole van der Elst Desai und Melody Harris-Jensbach ihre Aufsichtsratsmandate vorzeitig mit Beendigung der nächsten Hauptversammlung der Lenzing AG zurückgelegt. Die Lenzing AG bedankt sich bei Dr. Christian Bruch, Nicole van der Elst Desai und Melody Harris-Jensbach für die vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit. In der an die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung anschließenden konstituierenden Aufsichtsratssitzung wurden Cord Prinzhorn, MBA, zum Vorsitzenden sowie Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci zum 1. Stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden und Dr. Stefan Fida zum 2. Stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates gewählt.
