zu A$0,13 pro Aktie aufzunehmen. Der Erlös wird für ein Bohrprogramm zur
Erweiterung der Ressourcen in Zone 2 des Wolfsberg Lithium Projekts (WLP),
den Erwerb eines Grundstücks für die zukünftige
Lithiumhydroxid-Konvertierungsanlage, allgemeine Explorationszwecke und
Betriebskapital verwendet.
First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on European Lithium Limited (ISIN: AU000000EUR7). Analyst Simon Scholes reiterated his BUY rating and maintained his EUR 0.17 price target.
Abstract:
European Lithium has announced that it has received firm commitments from
investors to raise A$30m through the placement of 231m new shares at A$0.13
per share. Uses for the proceeds will include: a resource extension drill
programme at Zone 2 of the Wolfsberg Lithium Project (WLP); acquisition of
a site for the future lithium hydroxide conversion facility; general
exploration purposes and working capital. We particularly welcome the
availability of funds to resume drilling at Zone 2, after previously
assuming this would only happen after the start of production at Zone 1.
The 2021 resource estimate (9.74m measured tonnes at an average grade of
1.03% Li2O), on which the DFS will be based, derives solely from Zone 1.
Zone 1 corresponds to the northern limb of the mineralised anticline at the
WLP. The southern flank of the anticline (known as Zone 2) is thought to
'mirror' Zone 1. This thesis is supported by the occurrence of mineralised
pegmatite boulders and exactly the same lithology as Zone 1. Based on
positive results from eight holes drilled in 2017 and 2018, management
expect drilling at Zone 2 to result in delineation of JORC-compliant
indicated and inferred resources. This suggests that Zone 2 could add
significantly to the WLP's mine life. We maintain our Buy recommendation
and price target of €0.17.
