Burkhalter Holding AG / Key word(s): Miscellaneous/Takeover In order to secure the jobs at the Bulle and Givisiez locations of Etablissements Techniques Fragnière SA - ETF, which has got into financial difficulties, Burkhalter Holding Ltd is going to found the companies Bul Elec SA, Bulle and Fri Elec SA, Givisiez in the Canton of Fribourg. The acquired employees will continue to be employed there. Burkhalter Holding Ltd takes over 117 employees, including 32 apprentices, on the same terms and has agreed to enter into a large part of the contracts awarded at the Bulle and Givisiez locations of Etablissements Techniques Fragnière SA - ETF in French-speaking Switzerland. The takeover is legally valid with immediate effect and can be implemented straight away. The jobs of the acquired employees at the Bulle and Givisiez locations are thus secured. The previous business activities of Etablissements Techniques Fragnière SA - ETF will be continued at the Givisiez and Bulle locations by the two companies Bul Elec SA and Fri Elec SA. Laurent Murith will become Managing Director of Bul Elec SA in Bulle, and Frédéric Bourguet will be the Managing Director of Fri Elec SA in Givisiez. Both of them previously worked as branch managers at the respective locations. By founding the two companies, the Burkhalter Group is strengthening its presence in the Canton of Fribourg.
