Press Release The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial («SPSS IFC») can look back on a successful 2023/2024 financial year (01.10.2023–30.09.2024). All strategic targets were met and some were exceeded. Thanks to rent increases and record-low vacancy rates, the fund saw an increase in net revenue compared to the previous year despite higher financing costs. These positive operational developments have resulted in a significant increase in the dividend.
