Leifheit Aktiengesellschaft: Marco Keul appointed as Chief Financial Officer Nassau, 21 April 2021 - The Supervisory Board of Leifheit AG (ISIN DE0006464506) has appointed Marco Keul as a member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective by 1st May 2021. He will take over the CFO function from Henner Rinsche (Chairman of the Board, CEO) who held it since April 2020 in dual role. As a result, the Management Board of Leifheit AG once again consists of three members. As a board member, Marco Keul (38) will be responsible for the finance, controlling, IT/business processes and internal sales service departments, which he previously headed as Vice President Finance since April 2020. Prior to that, he was head of Group controlling since 2012. He started his professional career in the controlling department of Leifheit AG, at the same time, he completed a business degree.
