Frankfurt am Main - 13 August 2020 - Today, the Management Board of Coreo AG resolved to issue a new corporate bond ("6.75% bond 2020/2025", in the following referred to as "bond") of up to EUR 30 Million. The company futurum bank AG was commissioned to carry out the transaction. The bond is to be offered for sale to interested investors in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, subject to the approval of the prospectus by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (Financial Sector Supervisory Commission = CSSF) in Luxembourg, within the framework of a public offering in the period from August 24, 2020 to September 8, 2020 (both inclusive). The bond (ISIN DE000A289D70 - WKN A289D7) shall have a term of 5 years and a coupon of 6.75% p.a., payable every six months. It is the Company's intention to use the revenues from the bond in particular to finance the further growth of the Company. It is planned to include the bond in trading on the Quotation Board in the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
