Exasol extends contract with CFO Jan-Dirk Henrich ahead of schedule until September 2027 Nuremberg, January 22, 2024: The Supervisory Board of Exasol AG, a global technology company and provider of a high-performance analytics database, prematurely extended the contract of CFO Jan-Dirk Henrich (46) until September 2027, thus ensuring continuity for this department. Jan-Dirk Henrich has been CFO of Exasol AG since September 2021. The original contract ran until September 2024. "Following the realignment and restructuring of the last two years, we now have an exciting path of profitable growth ahead of us," says Jan-Dirk Henrich. "I look forward to continuing to help shape the success of this path and to driving the growth course forward together with my colleagues on the Management Board over the next years. I would therefore like to thank our Supervisory Board for the trust they have placed in me."
