Preliminary Voltabox figures for 2019 confirmed - Audit of the management report and notes almost completed

- Audit of the consolidated financial statements by auditor nearly completed

- Revenue and earnings in line with previously communicated preliminary figures

- Publication of the Annual Report set for August 20, 2020

- Virtual Annual General Meeting now planned for September 16, 2020

Delbrück, Germany, July 27, 2020 - The audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of Voltabox AG [ISIN DE000A2E4LE9] as of December 31, 2019, will be completed soon. No material changes have resulted for the consolidated financial statements for 2019 compared to the preliminary figures communicated on May 8, 2020.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Voltabox AG regret the short-term delay of the publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for 2019 as a result of resources bottlenecks. Given the ongoing audit of the management report and notes, the publication is now set for August 20, 2020.

The changed date for the disclosure of the annual report requires rescheduling the Annual General Meeting, which will now be held in a virtual format on September 16, 2020.
