PREOS Global Office Real Estate & Technology AG: Stephan Kunath is new PREOS Supervisory Board member Frankfurt/Main, 13 February 2023 – PREOS Global Office Real Estate & Technology AG ("PREOS", ISIN DE000A2LQ850) announces that Stephan Kunath has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main at the request of the company (see Corporate News of January 24, 2023). Kunath succeeds Wolfgang Faillard, who resigned from the Supervisory Board for personal reasons at the end of January 2023. Stephan Kunath (36 yrs.) is CFO of PREOS parent company publity AG and has extensive expertise in real estate and finance. In addition to Kunath, the Supervisory Board of PREOS now consists of Mr. Udo Masrouki (Chairman of the Supervisory Board) and Prof. Dr. Zoltán Zomotor.
