The Management Board of fox e-mobility AG (DE000A2NB551) announces that Yangji Investment Partners LLC has informed us today that the announced payment is still delayed by a few days, as the regulatory process has taken longer than expected after all and the remitting bank is still waiting for a document from the Korean Financial Supervisory Service (FSS).
