Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 4, 2025) - Royal Road Minerals Limited (TSXV: RYR) ("Royal Road" or the "Company") announces that, effective February 1, 2025, it has granted an aggregate 4,400,000 stock options to purchase ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the capital of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.15 per Share for a period of two (2) years to certain employees and consultants of the Company. The Shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four month hold period from the original date of grant. As of the date hereof the outstanding options, including the options granted February 1, 2025, represent approximately 5.94% of the issued and outstanding Shares.
