September 12th, 2024 – NRD Companies a global IT and consulting group of companies specializing in governance, economic digital infrastructure development, and subject matter consultancy services,  has announced its 2024 H1 results, highlighting stable EBITDA and key achievements across public and private sector clients, with a focus on Registry, Tax, and other E-Services authorities in Africa, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia.

The Novian software and IT infrastructure services group had aggregated revenue of EUR 16.4 million in the first half of 2024. That is 11.1% less than in the same period last year. The group’s EBITDA was EUR 1.1 million; in the year-earlier period it was EUR 0.2 million. The operating profit for this year’s first six months was EUR 0.6 million, compared to an operating loss of EUR 0.3 million the first half of 2023. In the reporting period, the Novian group’s companies earned EUR 12.6 million of their revenue, or 77%, in Lithuania, and had projects in a total of 36 countries.

In the first half of this year, NRD Cyber Security, a company that offers cybersecurity solutions, consulting, and other services, generated revenue of €3.643 million, 32% more than in the same period in 2023. The company's net profit for the first six months of 2024 reached €507,000, 58% more than in the first half of 2023.

As provided in Section XI ‘Calculation of the Net Asset Value’ of the Articles of Association of INVL Technology, the net asset value of the Company was EUR 43,951,275 or EUR 3.6658 per share on 30 June 2024.

Equity of the Company and the Company's net asset value as of 30 June 2024 was EUR 43.95 million or EUR 3.67 per share. At the end of 2023, these figures were EUR 43.53 million and EUR 3.61 respectively.

The Novian software and IT infrastructure services group had aggregated revenue of EUR 40.3 million in 2023, an increase of 21.9% compared to 2022. The group’s EBITDA for last year was EUR 1.2 million and shrank 18.5% from the previous year. The operating profit for 2023 was EUR 0.14 million and was 72.2% smaller than in 2022.

INVL Technology (hereinafter – “the Company”) finished the share buy-back. The Company will purchase 86,370 shares for the total amount of EUR 215,925.00 (without brokerage fees).
