At the end of today’s Supervisory Board meeting of STRABAG SE, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Alfred Gusenbauer, resigned from his post on the board for personal reasons with effect from the end of 31 December 2023.

Against this background, Kerstin Gelbmann, a long-serving member of the Supervisory Board, was elected Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board effective 1 January 2024. The composition of the Supervisory Board committees as of 1 January 2024 was revised as well.
