Regis Rimbert is resigning from the Management Board of Wolford AG effective as of 17 January 2025. The Supervisory Board of Wolford AG has accepted Mr. Rimbert's request for resignation submitted today. The Management Board of Wolford AG will continue to consist of the Management Board members Ralf Polito and Domenico Giordano and the current Global CFO, Andrea Rossi, has been appointed by the Management Board as Interim General Manager.
