PRESSEMITTEILUNG Wien, 11. Oktober 2023 Die Barabfindung in Höhe von EUR 2,234327 pro Aktie der Petro Welt Technologies AG wurde am 9. Oktober 2023 entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben an die ehemaligen Minderheitsaktionäre ausbezahlt. Die Höhe der Barabfindung setzt sich aus der in der Hauptversammlung am 27. Juni 2023 beschlossenen Barabfindung in Höhe von EUR 2,20 und den gesetzlichen Zinsen bis zum Fälligkeitstag in Höhe von EUR 0,034327 zusammen. Die Auszahlung der Barabfindung erfolgte automatisch. Weiters wurden am 9. Oktober 2023 die Barabfindungsansprüche, ISIN AT0000A35J35, der ehemaligen Minderheitsaktionäre ausgebucht und für den Fall der gerichtlichen Überprüfung der Barabfindung je Barabfindungsanspruch ein Anspruch auf Nachbesserung, ISIN AT0000A35J43, eingebucht. Wird den ehemaligen Minderheitsaktionären im Zuge der gerichtlichen Überprüfung eine höhere Barabfindung zugesprochen, wird der Nachbesserungsbetrag gegen Ausbuchung der Nachbesserungsansprüche ebenfalls automatisch an die ehemaligen Minderheitsaktionäre ausbezahlt.
