Following the sanctions imposed on Alexander Studhalter by the US Office of Foreign Assets (OFAC) yesterday, he has decided to resign from his positions on the Boards of Directors of Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (HLEE) and Highlight Communications AG (HLC) and their Group companies in Switzerland and from the Supervisory Board of Sport1 Medien AG with immediate effect in order to protect the interests of the Highlight Group.

The Board of Directors welcomes this decision and expressly thanks Alexander Studhalter for his many years of valuable collaboration.
