Das Schweizer Wirtschaftsmagazin BILANZ hat im Rahmen eines Mystery Shoppings das Private Banking von 110 Schweizer Banken auf den Prüfstand gestellt und der Basler Kantonalbank (BKB) das Gütesiegel «Ausgezeichnet» verliehen. Damit gehört sie zu den 15 besten Anlagebanken im Land. Liliane Däster, Leiterin Private Banking der BKB, beschreibt das Erfolgsrezept der BKB wie folgt: «Der Schlüssel bleibt der persönliche Kontakt. Wir legen grossen Wert darauf, die individuelle Situation unserer Kundinnen und Kunden zu verstehen. Dazu braucht es viel Empathie sowie ein breites und fundiertes Fachwissen.
