Allschwil, 4. Mai 2022 – Heute fand in Basel die ordentliche Generalversammlung der SKAN Group AG statt. An der Generalversammlung waren 88.46% des stimmberechtigten Aktienkapitals vertreten. Die Generalversammlung stimmte sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zu. Sie genehmigte insbesondere die Ausschüttung von CHF 0.24 je dividendenberechtigte Aktie, bestehend aus einer ordentlichen Dividende von CHF 0.12 je Aktie sowie einer verrechnungssteuerfreien Ausschüttung aus den Kapitaleinlagereserven in Höhe von CHF 0.12 je Aktie. Die Ausschüttung wird ab dem 10. Mai 2022 erfolgen. Die zur Wiederwahl angetretenen Verwaltungsräte Dr. Gert Thoenen, Oliver Baumann, Die nächste ordentliche Generalversammlung der SKAN Group AG wird am 3. Mai 2023 stattfinden.
