Medienmitteilung Generalversammlung der SKAN Group AG genehmigt alle Anträge Allschwil, 3. Mai 2023 – Heute fand in Basel die ordentliche Generalversammlung der SKAN Group AG statt. An der Generalversammlung waren 89.60% des stimmberechtigten Aktienkapitals vertreten. Die Generalversammlung stimmte sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zu. Sie genehmigte insbesondere die Ausschüttung von CHF 0.25 je dividendenberechtigte Aktie, bestehend aus einer ordentlichen Dividende von CHF 0.125 je Aktie sowie einer verrechnungssteuerfreien Ausschüttung aus den Kapitaleinlagereserven in Höhe von CHF 0.125 je Aktie. Die Ausschüttung wird am 9. Mai 2023 erfolgen. Die zur Wiederwahl angetretenen Verwaltungsräte Dr. Gert Thoenen, Oliver Baumann, Zudem wurden die Statuen an das am 1. Januar 2023 in Kraft getretene Aktienrecht angepasst. Die nächste ordentliche Generalversammlung der SKAN Group AG wird am 7. Mai 2024 stattfinden.
