SKAN announces the full exercise of the over-allotment option Allschwil, 2 November 2021 - SKAN Group AG, global market leader in high-quality isolator systems for aseptic production processes in the (bio-)pharmaceutical industry, announced today that the Joint Global Coordinators have fully exercised the over-allotment option granted to them in the IPO at the offer price of CHF 54 per share. The SKAN Group AG shares have been admitted to trading on SIX Swiss Exchange on 28 October 2021. Today, the Joint Global Coordinators Credit Suisse and Berenberg have fully exercised the over-allotment option to purchase 500,000 existing shares at CHF 54 per share. Including the shares from the over-allotment option, 5,000,000 shares were placed in the IPO, of which 1,731,494 were new shares and 3,268,506 existing shares. The total placement volume was CHF 270 million. Following the exercise of the over-allotment option, the free float amounts to approximately 50 percent - including the proportion of pre-IPO shareholders with a stake below 3 percent after completion of the Offering.
