Geberit AG / Schlagwort(e): Jahresergebnis Ein sehr anspruchsvolles Geschäftsjahr 2022 liegt hinter der Geberit Gruppe. Die Auswirkungen des COVID-19-bedingten Home-Improvement-Trends und der Ausbruch des Kriegs in der Ukraine sowie die weltweit stark angestiegene Inflation führten im Verlaufe des Jahres zu stark schwankenden Volumina mit entsprechend sehr hohen Anforderungen an die Flexibilität in den Bereichen Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb. Nach einem historisch einmaligen Anstieg erreichten die Kosten für Rohmaterialien und Energie neue Rekordwerte, was die Margen stark unter Druck setzte. Die Wechselkursentwicklung beeinflusste die Resultate zudem massiv negativ. Unter Berücksichtigung dieser herausfordernden Rahmenbedingungen und der Rekordwerte im Vorjahr konnten 2022 trotzdem gute Resultate erwirtschaftet werden. Insbesondere sieht der Vergleich mit dem Vor-COVID-19-Niveau nach wie vor sehr positiv aus, was ein Hinweis auf die strukturelle und finanzielle Stärke sowie das umsichtige Krisenmanagement seit dem Ausbruch der Pandemie ist. Damit gelang es, die Position als führender Anbieter von Sanitärprodukten weiter zu festigen und Marktanteile zu gewinnen. Der Nettoumsatz nahm im Geschäftsjahr 2022 um 2,0% auf CHF 3’392 Mio. ab. In lokalen Währungen resultierte ein Wachstum von 4,8%. Der operative Cashflow (EBITDA) ging um 15,0% auf CHF 909 Mio. zurück, was einer EBITDA-Marge von 26,8% entspricht. Das Nettoergebnis nahm im Vergleich mit den operativen Ergebnissen unterproportional ab um 6,5% auf CHF 706 Mio. Dies entspricht einer Nettoumsatzrendite von 20,8%. Das beschleunigte Aktienrückkauf-Programm wirkte sich positiv auf den Gewinn je Aktie aus, der lediglich um 4,0% auf CHF 20.48 zurückging. In lokalen Währungen stieg der Gewinn pro Aktie um 4,7%.
