Zürich, 24. April 2025 – Die Generalversammlung 2025 der Schweizer Bank Cembra fand heute in Zürich statt. 377 Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre nahmen an der Versammlung teil. Diese vertraten 16'760'214 Namenaktien (einschliesslich durch den unabhängigen Stimmrechtsvertreter vertretene Aktien) respektive 55.87% des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals. Alle zur Wahl stehenden Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates wurden für eine weitere Amtszeit von einem Jahr wiedergewählt: Franco Morra (Präsident), Marc Berg, Thomas Buess, Sandra Hauser und Susanne Klöss-Braekler. Neu in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt wurde Wanda Eriksen.
