The Annual General Meeting 2025 will take place on Thursday, 24 April 2025 at the Zurich Convention Center (Kongresshaus). The invitation can be accessed on the Cembra website. As announced on 28 January 2025, the Board of Directors proposes Wanda Eriksen as new Board member. Due to the statutory ten-year term limit, Dr Monica Mächler will no longer be available for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors in 2025. All other Board members are running for re-election.
