Die SFS Group hat per 1. Mai 2024 Etanco S.A.U. akquiriert, einen spanischen Fachhändler von Verbindungselementen, Befestigern und weiteren Produkten für die Gebäudehülle. Die Übernahme von Etanco stärkt die Positionierung der Division Construction von SFS in Spanien und Portugal. Mit rund zehn engagierten Mitarbeitenden erzielte Etanco im Jahr 2023 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 4 Mio.
