INVESTIS Holding SA / Key word(s): Real Estate Investis has acquired further residential properties in prime locations for CHF 139 million. These are located either in the greater Lausanne area or directly in the city itself, as well as in Montreux, in close proximity to key facilities such as the train station, schools, shopping and other amenities. These properties offer an attractive gross rental yield of over 4.3%. The gross rental income amounts to CHF 6.0 million. Stéphane Bonvin, CEO of Investis, commented: “The newly acquired residential properties are an ideal complement to our existing portfolio. They are all located in urban areas with first-class infrastructure and offer attractive potential for rent increases.” Together with the acquisitions announced on 2 September 2024 at the presentation of the 2024 half-year results, Investis acquired properties for a total of CHF 298 million in the second half of 2024, increasing the gross rental income by CHF 16.8 million.
