Oktober 2024 AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS.SW) – Swiss Medical Network übernimmt «Centromedico» und stärkt Präsenz im Tessin Swiss Medical Network, die im Gesundheitsbereich tätige Tochtergesellschaft von AEVIS VICTORIA SA, übernimmt die PDS Medical SA, die unter der Marke «Centromedico» 10 Gruppenpraxen im Kanton Tessin betreibt und damit einen wesentlichen Teil der medizinischen Grundversorgung für die Tessiner Bevölkerung erbringt. Im Jahr 2023 erzielte PDS Medical SA einen Umsatz von rund CHF 42 Mio. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Mit dieser Übernahme stärkt Swiss Medical Network seine Position im Kanton Tessin und schafft die Grundlage für eine zweite integrierte Versorgungsregion in der Schweiz unter dem Namen «Rete Sant’Anna». Nach dem Vorbild des Réseau de l’Arc im Berner Jura, wo seit dem 1. Januar 2024 die erste vollintegrierte Versorgungsorganisation der Schweiz operativ ist, wird ab dem 1. Januar 2025 auch im Tessin der VIVA-Gesundheitsplan verfügbar sein. Dieses Konzept setzt auf eine präventive und umfassende Gesundheitsversorgung der Mitglieder sowie auf eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen ambulanten, stationären und häuslichen Pflegediensten.
