SoftwareOne announces Capital Markets Day

Stans, Switzerland I 27 October 2023 – SoftwareOne Holding AG, a leading global software and cloud solutions provider, is pleased to announce it will host a Capital Markets Day alongside its 2023 full-year results on 15 February 2024 at 14 CET.

At the Capital Markets Day, SoftwareOne’s Chief Executive Officer Brian Duffy and Chief Financial Officer Rodolfo Savitzky will provide deeper insights into the Company’s financial performance and “Ignite, Focus, Accelerate” strategy, including an update on the delivery of its operational excellence programme.

In the meantime, the strategic review announced on 24 July 2023 remains ongoing as planned and continues in a timely manner. An update will be provided as appropriate. In line with its fiduciary duties, SoftwareOne’s Board of Directors remains committed to delivering value to all shareholders while acting in the best interest of all stakeholders.

The Capital Markets Day will take place in person in Zurich and be broadcast live. Further details, including the complete agenda and instructions on how to register, will be published in due course.
