Montabaur, 2. Januar 2025. Ralf Hartings, Finanzvorstand der United Internet AG, beendet auf eigenen Wunsch seine Tätigkeit bei der United Internet AG zum 31. März 2025. Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende Philipp von Bismarck und der CEO Ralph Dommermuth bedauern diese Entscheidung. Ralph Dommermuth, Gründer und CEO von United Internet: „Auch im Namen des gesamten Aufsichtsrats bedanke ich mich herzlich bei Herrn Hartings für die sehr gute und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit der letzten Jahre. Der Aufsichtsrat und ich wünschen Herrn Hartings für seine private und berufliche Zukunft alles Gute.“ Ralf Hartings sagt zu seinem Entschluss: „Ich danke dem Aufsichtsrat und Herrn Dommermuth für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen und dass ich in den letzten Jahren an den spannenden Entwicklungen im Konzern teilhaben durfte. Ich wünsche United Internet mit all seinen Teilkonzernen weiterhin viel Erfolg. Außerdem bedanke ich mich bei allen Mitarbeitenden für die gute Arbeit über die letzten vier Jahre im Konzern. Ich freue mich jetzt, neuen beruflichen Herausforderung nachgehen zu können.“ Nachfolger von Ralf Hartings als CFO der United Internet AG ist seit dem 1. Januar 2025 Carsten Theurer. Carsten Theurer war zuvor über 20 Jahre in der Schwarz Gruppe tätig, in seiner letzten Position als Group-CFO. Carsten Theurer verfügt über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung als CFO in unterschiedlichen Sparten innerhalb der Schwarz Gruppe. In diesen Rollen hat er das internationale Wachstum der Schwarz Gruppe im Handel begleitet und war maßgeblich am Aufbau der eigenen Produktionsunternehmen beteiligt.
