Frankfurt/Main, 25 May 2021. The supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG has appointed Dennis Gerlitzki as Chief Operation Officer (COO) ahead of schedule for a further five years. Dennis Gerlitzki has been a member of the management board since 2019 and is responsible for the Personnel Services segment. His current contract runs until the end of 2021 and will be extended until the end of 2026 with the resolution. "With this extension of Dennis Gerlitzki's management board contract, we have taken an important step for the continuity of the Amadeus FiRe management team," explains Christoph Groß, chairman of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG: "Mr. Gerlitzki, who has been with Amadeus FiRe since 2003, has accompanied the company's growth path for almost two decades and has robustly led the segment through the Corona crisis in his first period on the management board." Dennis Gerlitzki thanks the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG for the trust placed in him with this extension. "With our Personnel Services and Training segments, the company is in an excellent position to turn the challenges of demographic change and the increasing shortage of skilled workers into business opportunities," says Gerlitzki. "We will continue to focus all our energy on these potentials in the Personnel Services segment in the coming years."
