At the request of the company, Mr. Frank Zweigle was appointed by Oldenburg Local Court as a member of the Supervisory Board of CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA until the next ordinary Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board elected Mr. Zweigle as Chairman of the Board by resolution of January 18, 2023. Frank Zweigle began working in the sales department of CEWE in 1990 and was a member of the Board of Management of CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA from 2009 until 2021. Otto Korte was a member of the Supervisory Board of CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA since 2007 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA since 2012. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung since 1992 and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees since 2002. Having reached the statutory age limit, he has now stepped down from both boards as of December 31, 2022. He will be succeeded on the Board of Trustees by Anke Röbke, a lawyer from Oldenburg. On the Supervisory Board, Martina Sandrock also replaces long-serving Supervisory Board member Dr. Hans-Henning Wiegmann. At this year's Annual General Meeting of the company on June 7, 2023, the Supervisory Board as a whole will be elected in regular rotation.
