Borussia Dortmund veröffentlicht vorläufige Zahlen zum Geschäftsjahr 2020/2021

KGaA / Schlagwort(e): Jahresergebnis/Vorläufiges Ergebnis Die Erlös- und Ergebnislage der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2020/2021 massiv durch die Auswirkungen der Restriktionen der Covid-19-Pandemie geprägt. Die Auswirkungen betrafen insbesondere die Erlöse aus dem Spielbetrieb, Conference und Catering sowie die Transfertätigkeit. Borussia Dortmund erwirtschaftete im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 2020/2021 (01.07.2020 - 30.06.2021) Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von EUR 334,2 Mio. (Vorjahr EUR 370,2 Mio.). Die Bruttokonzerngesamtleistung (Umsatzerlöse zuzüglich realisierter Brutto-Transferentgelte) betrug EUR 358,6 Mio. (Vorjahr EUR 486,9 Mio.). Das Konzernergebnis betrug im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr EUR -72,8 Mio. (Vorjahr EUR -44,0 Mio.). Das Konzernergebnis vor Steuern (EBT) belief sich auf EUR -73,2 Mio. (Vorjahr EUR -46,6 Mio.), das operative Konzernergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA) auf EUR 39,0 Mio. (Vorjahr EUR 63,0 Mio.). Das Ergebnis aus Transfergeschäften, das sich aus den realisierten Brutto-Transferentgelten abzüglich der Restbuchwerte sowie entstandener Transferkosten zusammensetzt, belief sich auf EUR 15,4 Mio. (Vorjahr EUR 40,2 Mio.). Die Personalaufwendungen im Konzern erhöhten sich im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr von EUR 215,2 Mio. um EUR 0,5 Mio. auf EUR 215,7 Mio. Die Abschreibungen im Konzern stiegen von EUR 106,1 Mio. um EUR 4,9 Mio. auf EUR 111,0 Mio. Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen des Konzerns verminderten sich zum Vorjahr von EUR 119,0 Mio. um EUR 33,2 Mio. auf EUR 85,8 Mio. Das Konzernfinanzergebnis verbesserte sich von EUR -3,4 Mio. um EUR 2,4 Mio. auf EUR -1,0 Mio. Bei vorstehenden Angaben handelt es sich um nach International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) ermittelte Kennzahlen des Konzernabschlusses von Borussia Dortmund. Im Einzelabschluss der KGaA nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften weist die Gesellschaft einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR -76,5 Mio. aus. Angesichts der vorstehenden Ergebnislage kann der Hauptversammlung die Ausschüttung einer Dividende nicht vorgeschlagen werden. Dortmund, den 09. August 2021 Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co.
