Berlin, 31. Juli 2023: In der heutigen Vorstandssitzung wurden die vorläufigen Geschäftszahlen des Hypoport-Konzerns für das zweite Quartal 2023 ausgewertet. Der Hypoport-Vorstand erwartet auf dieser Basis die folgende Ergebnisentwicklung:
Die Entwicklung gegenüber Q1 2023 stellt sich demnach wie folgt dar:
Während sich das Segment Kreditplattform trotz eines nur stabilen Marktumfeldes und das Segment Versicherungsplattform leicht positiv entwickelten, war eine schwache Entwicklung im Segment Immobilienplattform ursächlich für die negative Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung des Konzerns. Verantwortlich war ein starker Rückgang des Bewertungsvolumens sowie des Finanzierungsvolumens für die institutionelle Wohnungswirtschaft.
Aufgrund der unerwartet schwachen Entwicklung im Segment Immobilienplattform und der noch verhaltenen Markterholung in der private Immobilienfinanzierung passt Hypoport seine Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wie folgt an:
Unter Annahme einer leichten Belebung des Immobilienfinanzierungsmarktes in der zweiten Jahreshälfte erwartet der Hypoport-Vorstand einen Umsatzrückgang von bis zu 15 Prozent und ein Konzern-EBIT von mindestens 10 Mio. Euro.
Die Entwicklung gegenüber Q2 2022 zeigt sich wie folgt:
Hauptgrund für den deutlichen Umsatz- und Ergebnisrückgang im Vorjahresvergleich war ein signifikanter Einbruch des privaten Immobilienfinanzierungsmarktes ab Sommer 2022.
Hypoport wird seinen Halbjahresbericht 2023 wie geplant am Montag, 14. August 2023 veröffentlichen.
