Delbrück, 11. Mai 2023 – Die paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE0005558696] hat die Übernahme des KI-Spezialisten paragon semvox, einer Tochtergesellschaft des börsennotierten Automobilzulieferers, durch CARIAD SE, dem Software-Unternehmen des Volkswagen Konzerns, closen können. Der Vollzug der Transaktion konnte heute nach Vorliegen aller vertraglich vereinbarten Bedingungen erfolgen.
Nach Vollzug der Übernahme ist die paragon semvox GmbH nunmehr eine 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der CARIAD SE mit über 140 Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen an den semvox-Standorten Limbach und Nürnberg. Alle Arbeitsplätze bleiben bestehen. Auch die Entwicklerteams von paragon in Indien und China werden semvox weiterhin unterstützen.
