FORTEC Elektronik AG with dynamic business development in the first quarter 2022/2023

In the first quarter of the current financial year, sales revenues increased by around 18 % from EUR 21.2 million in the previous year to EUR 25.0 million. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) also rose significantly by around 23 % to EUR 2.7 million (PY: 2.2 million); whereby the EBIT margin based on the turnover achieved was able to be increased slightly from 10.6 % in the previous year to 10.9 %.
In the first three months, the net profit for the period increased by EUR 230,000 to around EUR 1.9 million compared to the previous year. Earnings per share rose from EUR 0.53 to EUR 0.60. “We are recording a pleasing business development in both segments.
