YOC AG with significant profit increase in the first nine months of fiscal year 2021

Berlin, November 17, 2021 - Ad tech company YOC AG (ISIN DE0005932735) has reported a year-on-year revenue growth of around 20% to EUR 11.7 million for the first nine months of the current financial year 2021 (9M/2020: EUR 9.8 million). This development is driven by the steadily growing trading volume of the technology platform VIS.X(R).

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA*) increased to EUR 1.2 million (9M/2020: EUR 1.0 million). The company's net profit for the period increased disproportionately by EUR 0.6 million to now EUR 0.5 million (9M/2020: EUR -0.1 million).

For the full year 2021, the company expects revenues of approximately EUR 18 million (forecast March 2021: EUR 17.0 million to EUR 18.0 million), EBITDA of at least EUR 2.2 million (forecast March 2021: EUR 1.8 million to EUR 2.3 million) and net income of at least EUR 1.2 million (forecast March 2021: EUR 0.8 million to EUR 1.3 million).
