EQS-Ad-hoc: INDUS Holding AG / Key word(s): Change in Forecast Public disclosure of inside information pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 This is mainly due to the annual impairment test, which was carried out as part of the current planning process as of the reporting date of 30 September 2024. As a result of this assessment, the Board of Management concluded that non-cash impairments of goodwill and intangible assets in the amount of EUR 5.2 million in the Infrastructure segment and EUR 1.5 million in the Materials segment are required in the third quarter of 2024. The need for these impairments resulted from reduced forecasts of future cash flows for the two units affected by the impairments. Taking into account these impairments in an aggregate amount of EUR 6.7 million, the preliminary business figures for the first nine months of the financial year 2024 are sales of around EUR 1.28 billion (previous year: EUR 1.36 billion) and operating income (EBIT) of around EUR 95.9 million (previous year: EUR 116.9 million). The Board of Management continues to expect revenues for financial year 2024 to be in the range of EUR 1.70 to EUR 1.80 billion, the EBIT margin to be between 7 and 8 %, and the free cash flow to exceed EUR 110 million. The composition of revenues and operating income (EBIT) corresponds to the presentation on page 72 of the 2023 Annual Report of INDUS Holding AG.
