Invitation to the MLP Annual General Meeting published

Wiesloch, May 14, 2021 - MLP will be holding its Regular Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2020 on June 24, 2021. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the event will once again be held completely online.

As of today, all documents relating to the Annual General Meeting are accessible on the internet at http://www.mlp-agm.com. Shareholders can also use this link to access the shareholder portal for participation in the Virtual Annual General Meeting.

The Executive Board and Supervisory Board will propose a dividend distribution of 23 cents per share (previous year: 21 cents) for the past financial year.

The agenda comprises resolutions on the following items:

- Use of unappropriated profit as per December 31, 2020

- Discharge of the members of the Executive Board for the financial year 2020

- Discharge of the members of the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2020

- Appointment of the auditor for the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2021

- Authorisation to acquire own shares including their utilisation under exclusion of subscription rights

- Authorisation to use equity derivatives when acquiring own shares

- Approval of the compensation system for members of the Executive Board

- Adjustment of the compensation and compensation system for the Supervisory Board
