publity AG: Changes in the Supervisory Board
Frankfurt/Main, 8. December 2022 - publity AG ("publity", Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has been informed by Frank Vennemann that he will resign from his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons as of 05 January 2023. publity therefore intends to have Thomas Olek appointed as new member of the Supervisory Board by court order. Olek is the founder of publity and holds 48% of publity shares as a major shareholder. In addition to Olek, the publity Supervisory Board would in future consist of Prof. Dr. Holger Till and Prof. Dr. Karl-Georg Loritz. Olek plans to stand for election to the Supervisory Board at the next Annual General Meeting.
