Berlin, 29th March 2023 | IVU Traffic Technologies AG had the most successful fiscal year in its company history again in 2022, exceeding its own targets. The sales of the Berlin IT specialist rose by 10.1% to reach €113.2 million, and its gross profit by 19.5% compared to the previous year, reaching €90.6 million. The operating income (EBIT, earnings before interest and taxes) rose by 6.7% to reach €14.9 million – another record high.
In order for IVU's success to reach investors, the Managing Board and Supervisory Board recommended raising dividends to €0.24. "Public transport with buses and trains is a central means of combating climate change", says Martin Müller-Elschner, CEO of IVU Traffic Technologies. "With our IVU.suite, we help transport operators worldwide to digitalise their processes for even more efficient and attractive local and long-haul transportation."
