TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG ("TTL", "TTL AG") (ISIN DE0007501009) is growing its investment team with Thomas H. Pohlmann. He started as a new member of the management of TTL Investments in Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of TTL, on 1 December 2021. In his new role, Pohlmann shall in particular expand access to institutional investors and is the third member of the management of TTL Investments in Germany alongside Theo Reichert and Thomas Grimm. As a proven expert in institutional sales of regulated investment products, Pohlmann was most recently Head of Institutional Sales & Investor Relations at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management. Prior to that, he held positions at Real I.S. AG, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Blackrock. The focus of his work was in particular on institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, family offices and pension institutions as well as on own investments of savings banks and cooperative banks. Pohlmann has also joined the management team of Montano Real Estate GmbH, in which TTL AG holds a 50 % stake, as of 1 December 2021. At the real estate investment and management company in the commercial real estate market, he will be responsible for fund placement and equity-raising. "With Mr. Pohlmann, the TTL Group is bringing an expert for institutional business on board. With his many years of experience and his extensive network, he will broaden TTL's access to further institutional investors. At the same time, he is an excellent addition to the management team of our Montano Real Estate holding and, together with the Managing Directors Ramin Rabeian and Sebastian Schöberl, will be able to leverage synergies between the two companies," explains Theo Reichert, CEO of TTL AG. As a holding company, its aim is to enter into profitable investments, to accompany and develop them in order to participate in their value enhancement and to sustainably increase the earning power of TTL AG in the interest of its shareholders.
