Vorläufige Zahlen 2024 der WashTec AG:
Augsburg, 6. Februar 2025 - Die WashTec Gruppe gibt bekannt, dass sie das Geschäftsjahr 2024 nach vorläufigen Zahlen erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat. Der Umsatz beträgt voraussichtlich Mio. € 477. Dies entspricht einem erwarteten Rückgang von etwa 3% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (Mio. € 489,5). Das vorläufige EBIT liegt mit über Mio. € 45 rund 9% über dem Vorjahreswert von Mio. € 41,9 und übertrifft die Guidance eines Wachstums im mittleren einstelligen Prozentbereich; die EBIT-Marge beträgt ca. 9,5% (Vorjahr: 8,6%). Das vierte Quartal war mit einem Umsatz von Mio. € 142 das zweitstärkste Quartal in der Unternehmensgeschichte (nach dem Rekordquartal Q4 2022 mit Mio. € 144). Dies entspricht einem Wachstum von 7% gegenüber dem vierten Quartal 2023 (Mio. € 132,8). Das EBIT der WashTec Gruppe stieg im vierten Quartal auf einen neuen Bestwert von Mio. € 18 und stellt gegenüber dem vierten Quartal 2023 einen Anstieg von rund 20% dar. Der ROCE ist um rund 2 Prozentpunkte auf ca. 24% gestiegen und übertraf damit die Guidance für 2024 mit ±1 Prozentpunkt gegenüber dem Vorjahres ROCE in Höhe von 21,5%. Der Free Cashflow sank auf Mio. € 39 (Vorjahr: Mio. € 46,1). Dies ist insbesondere durch die stichtagsbedingt hohen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen als Folge des im Vergleich zum Vorjahr, hohen Quartalsumsatz zum Jahresende begründet. Die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter stieg zum 31. Dezember 2024 um 83 auf 1.770 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 1.687). Im Jahresdurchschnitt waren 1.715 Mitarbeiter bei WashTec beschäftigt (Vorjahr: 1.768). Der Auftragsbestand der Gruppe lag zum Jahresende ungefähr auf dem Niveau des Vorjahres. Wesentliche vorläufige Konzern-Kennzahlen:
Die Veröffentlichung des vollständigen Konzernabschlusses mit den endgültigen Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 einschließlich der Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 und der dazugehörige Conference Call sind für den 26. März 2025 vorgesehen. Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung 2025 findet am 13. Mai 2025 statt.
