The preliminary figures for the financial year 2022 of the bet-at-home.com AG group indicate that the previous EBITDA expectations in the range of EUR -2 million and EUR -4.5 million were exceeded. EBITDA in the financial year 2022 is expected to amount to EUR -0.9 million (including the negative result of the discontinued operations in the amount of EUR -1.7 million for the period from January to April 2022). The consolidated gross betting and gaming revenue ("GGR") for the financial year 2022 is expected to be closer to the upper limit of the range between EUR 52 million and EUR 54 million, resulting from a positive effect of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in the sports betting segment.
