Annual financial statements for the 2020/2021 financial year In the 2020/2021 financial year, tick-TS AG was again able to profit from the continued high trading activity on the stock exchanges through load-dependent fees. Compared to the previous year's result, revenues of EUR 8,245 thousand were generated. This corresponds to an increase of 12.6 % compared to the same period of the previous year (7,324 kEUR). Due to two special effects (4,489 TEUR and 550 TEUR), other operating income increased by 1,150.3 % to 5,156 TEUR. The one-time income of 4,489 TEUR is based on a contractual agreement with a shareholder of a start-up company, which has since proven to be successful. The one-time proceeds of EUR 550,000 are based on the waiver of half of the claims from the aforementioned agreement. Further sales proceeds from the agreement with the shareholder of the start-up can no longer be achieved. The profit before tax achieved increased by 169.9% from 2,941 TEUR to 7,938 TEUR and led to a net profit for the 2020/2021 business year of 5,450 TEUR (previous year's period: 2,014 TEUR). Equity amounted to 6,625 TEUR as of the balance sheet date (previous year: 3,197 TEUR). Despite the increase in equity, the equity ratio fell to 64.5 % (previous year 70.1 %) due to the disproportionate growth in the balance sheet total. The financial resources fund increased by 5,816 kEUR. The cash flow from operating activities amounted to 7,895 kEUR after 2,413 kEUR in the same period of the previous year. The increase is mainly due to the income from painting. The cash flows from investing activities (-56 kEUR) and financing activities (-2,024 kEUR) result from the expenditures for investments in fixed assets and the dividend paid out in 2021. The complete annual report for the 2020/2021 financial year will be published on the tick-TS AG website at https://www.tick-ts.de/de/zahlen-und-fakten.html in March 2022.
In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board approved the proposal of the Executive Board to submit a proposal to the Annual General Meeting for a capital increase from company funds.
