DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0) has signed a ten-year lease extension with its tenant Bad Homburger Inkasso GmbH for 4,000 sq.m. of office space in Bad Vilbel near Frankfurt. Bad Homburger Inkasso GmbH (BHI) provides receivables and collateral management and collection services on behalf of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Bank Financial Group) and its commercial and municipal customers throughout Germany. The office building in Bad Vilbel offers a total of 27,600 sq.m. of rental space with convenient access to public transportation as well as motorway access by way of the B3. End of press release
