Corporate News IBU-tec advanced materials AG publishes final figures and Annual Report 2024 / EBITDA at the upper end of the forecast range Weimar, May 16, 2025 – IBU-tec advanced materials AG (“IBU-tec”, ISIN: DE000A0XYHT5) publishes its audited financial results for the financial year 2024. Revenue according to German GAAP accounting amounted to EUR 50.6 million after EUR 48.2 million in the previous year. At EUR 1.0 million (prior year: EUR 2.9 million), EBITDA was at the upper end of the forecast range of EUR 0.7-1.0 million. The forecast of the IBU-tec Group for the full year 2025 is again confirmed (see ad hoc disclosure dated April 14, 2025). A significant increase in the EBITDA margin to 7-9 percent is expected for 2025, with revenue of between EUR 43 million and EUR 45 million.
